Experience

Product ownership with technical context.

My professional path moved from hands-on software work into product ownership across B2B analytics, launch and monetization, enterprise product delivery, and technical acceptance. Titles, dates, ownership, and evidence are kept distinct from targets or broader team scope.

Researcher — Product & Technical Projects

Official: Researcher · Functional scope: Product Manager

Ongoing · Enterprise product research & technical acceptance

Current role spanning enterprise product research, project/opportunity analysis, a smart-ambulance MVP, and evidence-based technical acceptance of confidential vendor-delivered systems.

  • Translated an incomplete smart-ambulance concept into user flows, MVP priorities, requirements, and executable tasks while coordinating a small frontend/backend delivery group without a dedicated designer.
  • Coordinated software, IoT, medical-device, and server/infrastructure dependencies and reached an initial MVP in approximately seven months.
  • Delivered the recorded MVP flow across call intake, dispatch, tablet mission, Neshan routing, medical-sensor visibility, patient records, mission closure, and OTP-based refusal confirmation.
  • Conducted a controlled field test with EMS on two real ambulances; broader validation later stopped because of hardware constraints and did not reach live-patient production deployment.
  • Converted contractual technical appendices into acceptance criteria, UAT/integration scenarios, defect records, remediation checks, retests, and evidence-based recommendations across four confidential vendor-delivered systems.
Recorded evidence

Evidence boundary: Confidential client identities, architectures, capabilities, and operational details are not disclosed. Target architecture is not represented as implemented scope, and the ambulance work is not described as live-patient production.

Technical Product Manager

Primary functional role: Product & Go-to-Market Consultant

Consulting · Launch, analytics, monetization & GTM

Helped move a technically developed but unreleased Persian relationship-wellness product into public release, behavioral measurement, monetization, and early market validation.

  • Defined launch readiness, MVP scope, roadmap, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product testing, and a two-week delivery cadence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Defined persona, target market, positioning, freemium/subscription model, pricing, event taxonomy, funnel measurement, and acquisition experiments.
  • Moved the product from prolonged pre-launch development into public release through Myket, Cafe Bazaar, and PWA.
  • Introduced product analytics across onboarding, assessments, partner invitations, engagement features, and subscriptions and used the evidence to identify product/channel friction.
  • Coordinated engineering, therapists, content, founders, and growth work; active development later froze because of financial constraints while the professional relationship continued.

Evidence boundary: The 58 figure is unique paying users; one purchase could activate premium for a connected partner too. Team results remain team outcomes under product coordination, and forecasts/targets are not achievements.

Product Manager

Full-time · B2B mobile measurement & analytics platform

Contributed from early startup formation through detailed product specification, pilot-led validation, ecosystem integrations, early fraud controls, and initial commercial adoption.

  • Personally led product discovery and competitive research across Adjust, AppsFlyer, Adtrace, Metrix, AppMetrica, Amplitude, and related MMP/analytics patterns.
  • Personally authored and drove detailed specifications for Attribution, Event Analytics, Callback, four Cohort models, and KPI/reporting design across acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Drove roadmap sequencing and cross-functional delivery across backend, Android, frontend, design, SDK, infrastructure, business, and customer-facing functions while reporting product/KPI/roadmap progress to the CEO and senior stakeholders.
  • Designed product enablement and operating-process documentation covering training scenarios, flowcharts, role clarity, requirement approval, stakeholder workflows, and KPI/feedback loops.
  • Supported pilot-led validation and initial commercialization across roughly 10 apps in pilot/onboarding; Alibaba was the first confirmed paying client.
Recorded evidence
~10 apps in pilot/onboarding — not 10 paying customersAlibaba confirmed as first paying clientRecorded session-overview API: ~1.2s MySQL → ~0.25s ClickHouse
Evidence boundary: The organization later grew to ~30 across functions, but that was not a direct-report organization. Not every researched/specified capability shipped, and preliminary fraud comparisons are not generalized.

Project Manager — Product, Software & IT Infrastructure

Part-time · Project-based regional e-commerce delivery

Led the initial multilingual e-commerce phase across product, software, security, localization, and selected IT/network coordination for an established relationship-driven sales business.

  • Defined scope, roadmap, requirements, delivery criteria, and formed/coordinated a cross-functional team spanning Laravel backend, frontend, database, SEO, security, and network support.
  • Delivered catalog, search/filter, cart/checkout, order/inventory administration, direct Behpardakht and SEP payment integrations, and Persian/English/Arabic customer journeys.
  • Defined security requirements for sensitive customer, supplier, inventory, transaction, and commercial data and coordinated selected internal network work.
  • The initial phase launched and was handed over; real customer orders were initiated, while later expansion phases were stopped and the site was eventually taken offline.
Recorded evidence

Evidence boundary: Order count, revenue, conversion, growth, and market-share figures are not documented and are not estimated.
